For our guests’ stays, we offer our typical cuisine right from the early hours of the morning, giving the chance to enjoy savoury and sweet delights.
Specifically, you can enjoy a 3/4 board package, which includes:
- a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast
- a delicious brunch, with a pasta or rice dish and tasty snacks
- an afternoon snack, rich with cakes and biscuits, accompanied by a hot cup of tea.
- dinner, with an à la carte menu and a rich buffet of appetisers, vegetables and delicious desserts
For lovers of the unmistakable flavour of Trentino wines, a
wine list with over 150 labels is available.
In order to offer you an opportunity to try typical Trentino cuisine,
we often organise themed evenings with local recipes. At our tables, you can enjoy traditional dishes as they used to be prepared, in the company of those most dear to you.

At the Costabella, we love satisfying the specific requests of our guests. This is why we offer
various special menus, such as those for coeliac disease sufferers and vegetarians. Anyone staying at our hotel benefits from special treatment: we want to give you pure worry-free moments of well-being.
The delicious dishes from typical Trentino cuisine can also be enjoyed in the characteristic Stube, the traditional meeting place, where wood plays a lead role in warming the hearts of the guests.
