Man’s “best friends”
Dogs are welcome here but we kindly request your understanding given that they are not admitted to the dining room or the spa area. A supplement of 10.00 Euro per day will be charged for your pet to ensure the room is properly sanitised upon your departure. We ask you to bring the dog’s blanket or bed with you. Any damage to furniture will be charged on your departure.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and check out must be done by 10.00 on the day of departure. If you are planning to arrive after 18.00 we kindly ask you to advise us in advance. In the event of a late arrival or early departure we will calculate this as a stay from one to three nights;

Free Wi-Fi coverage in the entire hotel (excluding the Spa Area and the Restaurant);
Weekly candlelit dinners with typical Ladin cuisine and wine and food tastings;
Access to our cosy Spa Centre with use of the Finnish sauna, the Turkish bath, sensory showers and the relaxation area with regenerating herbal teas in a typical Ladin “Stube” (adults only)
Reservation confirm
Reservations will be binding at the moment you will receive a feedback from us. They will be binding after sending a bank-account or with a direct withdraw by credit card.
For the time in which the Covid-19-pandemic state persists, we do not ask any deposit except two weeks from the date of arrival, by paying 30% of the total reservation by bank transfer to the following Iban Code IT35M0503434600000000010057 at BPM - Cavalese branch (TN) for Hotel Costabella, Iban Code IT69R050343460000000000590 at BPM - Cavalese branch (TN) for dependance Snow Thrill - Swift Code BAPPIT21866, or by credit card permission.
This account will be refunded by voucher if the cancellation is received within two weeks of the expected arrival, otherwise it will be considered valid for of one year for a possible future Stay during summer or winter season under the same conditions (length of stay and type of room).
In the above prices is not included the Tourist Tax in force since the 11th of November 2015. This tax is of 1,50 Euro per day for Dependance Snowthrill, 2 Euro per day for Hotel Costabella for all guests from 14 Years old up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days of Stay.
